When I first came online a friend of my parents said that there was this website that offered an Xbox 360 eBook 3 red lights fix, and gave us a link to your home page.  Its funny though they saw that book and didn't realize that the instructions were actually videos to show you first hand how to go about making your Xbox 360 work again.  It didn't matter though, the point was we were here and checking everything out.

 

 

Mom said they weren't going to spend the money for something that guarantees to fix anything in under an hour because and I quote, "that is just absurd."  While I was getting shot down from using your website, my dad was talking to the Microsoft people on the phone to see what they had to say about everything.  Evidently the warranty was only good for the hard drive for 90 days or something so we were going to have to pay to get it fixed.  Well let me rephrase that, they were going to have to fork out the cash.

 

 

Until dad got off the phone and said they told him it would cost $140 to get it fixed and we would have to pay for shipping it out there.  Then he said it would take four to six weeks to get fixed and I couldn't believe it.  My mom even started laughing and said, "Why does it cost money for them to keep it that long?"  She made a good point, but I knew we weren't going to be sending it out anywhere for that type of cash.  So I started talking about your website again.

 

 

I told them, "Look this guy says he will give us our money back no questions asked if we can't fix it in under an hour.  If its some sort of scam, I will pay for it myself because its not that much anyways."  They seemed kind of insulted, but hey getting the Xbox 360 eBook 3 red lights fix help that actually were videos was my top priority.  Once they gave the okay we went in and searched through all the videos and tried almost every single one you had.  In the meantime my dad was trying to make a point by timing me, but with two minutes to spare I found the one I was looking for and the system started working.

 

 

Needless to say, my parents were impressed and they urged me to come over and tell you thanks.  Actually they wanted themselves, but figured you only needed one note from us so we all thank you for helping solve this problem. He says if someone online can be that trustworthy, they are well worth talking about to everyone.  My mom and I couldn't agree more. Thank you 3redlightfix!
